Purchase & Payments Policy

Essence Ecocrafts ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.tatvapackaging.com) ("Website"). 
By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Pricing and Payments
The prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices on this website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All prices on the Retail Therapy Shop are inclusive of GST and all prices on the Partner Arena Partner Store are exclusive of GST and hence charged at checkout.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
All transactions at our website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. Any information you enter when transacting with the online store is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.

Cash on Delivery Orders

We offer COD as a payment option for your purchase.

If you choose this payment option, claims for refunds if any would be through bank transfer only and the steps to claim the same are listed below in the Returns & Refunds section. If the claim is verified, we shall make the transfer within 14 business days of confirming the claim to you on mail.


Out of Stock Items
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned for receipt of your order.


For Domestic orders – All domestic orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order via standard shipping.
You can expect delivery of the order within 4-6 business days post-dispatch. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 business days. A standard shipping cost of Rs.75 will be charged for all domestic orders up to Rs.499.

Free standard shipping is provided for all orders above Rs.499.

The shipping times are estimates provided by third party service providers over which we do not have control. We try to use the best possible services under the given circumstances and despite all precautions, there might be delays for which Tatva Packaging shall not be responsible.


For International orders – All international orders are processed within 2 business days from the date of the order. We use reliable and the best courier services to ensure timely delivery of your order. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days.

All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly.


Changes in Your Order
For any changes in your order like delivery address, etc., kindly get in touch with us at support@tatvapackging.com max up to 4hrs after placing order.


Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by writing to us at support@tatvapackaging.com within 12 hours of placing your order with us. You would be charged 4% as payment gateway charges and the balance would be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument.

Returns & Refund

If you are not happy with our products and wish to return your purchase, you must do so within 24 hours of the time of delivery by writing to us at support@tatvapackaging.com


The products must be in an unopened, saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packing. The item must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be accepted only after the returned product is examined and verified as saleable.

The following information is required to help speed up the processing time:

  • Your name

  • Order number (this is the number that you receive on both your email confirmation and the invoice which comes with the product)

  • Product name(s)

  • Your concerns regarding the product (this would be appreciated as your feedback is very helpful for us. But, if you would rather not, this requirement is optional)

  • Any other details which you think could be helpful (optional)

  • Our customer relations staff will contact you within 7 business days of receiving your email.

When a refund is processed, we deduct the original shipping costs, whether or not this was invoiced in the first place and 4% gateway charges.

We do not make any other deductions. If the requested refund only covers part of your purchase and the products retained still have a value of Rs.500 or more then we will waive these deductions.

The items are to be returned to the address provided in the Return Confirmation Mail. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Tatva Packaging.

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receipt of the returned products to us.

 

Short Quantity
If you receive the products in short quantity, please write to us at support@tatvapackaging.com stating the same and we will replenish the products to the extent short received by you. We shall arrange for a dispatch of the same within 7 business days.

All claims for shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours of time of delivery.

The following information is required to help speed up the processing time:

  • Your name

  • Order number (this is the number that you receive on both your email confirmation and the invoice which comes with the product)

  • Product name(s)

  • Any other details which you think could be helpful (optional)

  • Our customer relations staff will contact you within 7 business days of receiving your email.

Damaged Goods
If you receive the products in a damaged condition, please write to us at support@tatvapackaging.com stating the same within 24 hours of time of delivery and we would process an exchange for your order.

The following information is required to help speed up the processing time:

  • Your name

  • Order number (this is the number that you receive on both your email confirmation and the invoice which comes with the product)

  • Product name(s)

  • Photographs of damaged products

  • Any other details which you think could be helpful (optional)

  • Our customer relations staff will contact you within 7 business days of receiving your email.

We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in its original packaging, within 7 business days of the delivery date of the returned products. All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be exchanged once the returned product has been examined and verified.
Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Tatva Packaging is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
